Better Daily Habits, Brighter Eyes for Life

What’s that supposed to mean? Well, take a careful look around you. Can you get it now? Yes, more and more people are wearing eyeglasses and mostly when they are still in middle school. A research shows that parents both wearing more than 500°glasses may pass this eyes weakness to their children, which means their offspring are born handicapped. What a shame, isn’t it? Most people still can not see its seriousness and ignore it since they can get help from glasses or contact lenses. Some even resort to eye surgery to make their sight back. But they are wrong. They just don’t understand the fundamental remedy- cultivating good habits.
Use less your eyes as possible as you can. Lots of patients strained their eyes until they can no longer work well. They need rest as well as other organs.
Clean them when needed. Like your body, eyes also need washing. A bottle of eye drops handy would be helpful. If you can not get it, I suggest you crying when proper. Tears are best eye drops. They contain anti-virus elements that can keep eyes disease away from you.
Keep a distance when reading. Sit upright when writing your homework; keep afar when watching TV; no reading or watching when lying; take a break after a long-time staring at one thing. These may be rules of mums and we hate them, but we can not deny that they are truth. Following them, we have bright eyes; otherwise, poor sight. Every harvest is based on a cost.
Move your eyes! There are sets of exercise designed especially for eyes. Search them on the Internet and download their teaching video which fit you. They teach you a more scientific way to relax your eyes.
There are many other methods to improve your eyes situation, but keep this in mind: whatever it might be, it tells you that you should protect your eyes as you care about your health. Take actions now and act before it’s too late.
